Please follow the following steps exactly to submit your paper for indexing.

1. Modify your paper and prepare the final version of your paper using the styles and templates of the conference (links are provided below). Notice that only papers confined to the conference style will be published.

 2. You should use the template provided here to put the conference title and the copyright tag on the first papge of the paper.

2. Use IEEE PDFeXpress to convert and check your papers. You may also prepare your PDF and simply submit for PDF checking.  The conference ID is "icrom13xp". For further information you may check the PDFeXpress guide page.   If you have problems, you may check the guides for errors.  The name of the PDF file returned by PDFeXpress should not be changed.

NOTE: If your paper does not match IEEE standards and does not pass the required standards, it would not be indexed. You are responsible for providing the complete manuscript.

3. Send your copyright form to pubchair@icrom.ir. If you have not prepared you copyright form before, click (here) to fill out the form and submit. Please note that the name of all the authors should be listed on the copyright form.
